AuraMeet Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your AuraMeet account and what happens to your data. You do not need to have the app installed to request deletion.

AuraMeet is strictly for users aged 18 and over.

1. Delete from the AuraMeet app (fastest)

If you still have the app:

1. Open AuraMeet and sign in.

2. Go to Profile → settings (gear).

3. Choose Delete Account.

4. Confirm Delete forever.

When deletion succeeds, you are signed out. Your profile is removed from discovery and chat. Related photos (including your verification selfie stored in our private vault) are removed from our active systems as described below.

2. Delete without the app (email request)

If you cannot open the app, or you prefer not to install it:

Send an email to support@aurameetapp.com with:

• Subject: Account deletion request

• The email address of the AuraMeet account you want deleted

• A short statement that you want the account permanently deleted

Use the same email address that is registered on the account. We may ask you to confirm ownership before we proceed. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

3. What we delete

After a valid deletion we remove, from our active servers and cloud storage, typically within 30 days:

• Account identifiers (username, email used for login)

• Profile content (photos, bio, prompts, lifestyle and preference fields, date of birth held on the profile)

• Matches, swipes, and in-app messages associated with the account

• Verification selfie files stored for your account

Your profile will no longer be shown to other users once deletion has been processed.

4. What we may retain

We may keep limited information where we must do so for security or legal reasons, for example:

• A device identifier and associated ban records if the account or device was banned for violating our Community Guidelines, so a banned person cannot immediately return

• Records we are required to keep by law, or that we need to handle a dispute, fraud, or safety investigation

We do not keep your public profile or chat history available in the app after deletion.

5. Subscriptions and payments

AuraMeet Premium is billed by Google Play. Deleting your AuraMeet account does not automatically cancel a Play subscription and does not guarantee a refund.

To stop billing, manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions) or through the in-app subscription management screen while you still have access.

Purchases are subject to Google Play’s refund rules. If an account is banned for guideline violations, unused Premium time is not refunded.

6. After deletion

• You will not be able to recover the account, matches, or messages.

• You may register again later with a new account, unless your device or email is banned.

• If you use Google sign-in, deleting AuraMeet does not delete your Google account.
